One Day CPD Massage Courses

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Students should hold an existing massage or beauty therapy qualification. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the course is appropriate for their level of training.

Cancellation Policy

Course fees are non-refundable if you cancel your booking, subject to your statutory rights. We understand that plans can change. You may request to transfer your booking to another available course date. If you give us more than 7 days’ notice before your original course date, your booking can be transferred free of charge. If you request a transfer within 7 days of your scheduled course date (including exactly 7 days before), a £75 transfer fee will apply. The £75 transfer fee must be paid in full no later than 8 days before your new course date. Your place on the new course date will not be confirmed until the transfer fee has been received. Only one transfer is permitted per booking. Once your booking has been transferred to another date, no further date changes will be permitted. Please ensure you are able to attend your chosen course date before booking.

Cancellation by the Training Provider

In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by the training provider due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course date. The training provider is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.

Attendance

Participants are expected to arrive on time and attend the full duration of the course. Late arrival or early departure may result in a certificate not being issued.
Suitable clothing should be worn to allow practical participation.

Health & Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect their ability to participate in practical sessions. Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards trainers and fellow participants at all times. The training provider reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe without a refund. We are committed to providing a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for all students, staff, visitors, and clients. We recognise our responsibility to protect the health, safety, and welfare of everyone attending our training courses and will take all responsible steps to minimise risks. This policy complies with the principles of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and other relevant UK health and safety legislation. We take responsibility for the following: providing a safe and clean learning environment, ensuring equipment and massage couches are maintained and safe to use, carry out risk assessments where appropriate, provide suitable first aid arrangements, ensure all training equipment and products are used safely, provide clear health and safety instructions at the beginning of each course, take reasonable steps to prevent accidents and injuries.

Practical Training

The courses includes hands-on practical work. Participants will both give and receive massage treatments as part of the learning process unless agreed otherwise in advance. Appropriate draping and professional standards will be maintained throughout the course.

Qualification

A PDF CPD Certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course, on the day, subject to full attendance and satisfactory participation. If you would like a paper copy in addition to this, do let us know and this will be sent to you in the post, with an additional cost of £20, and you will receive it a few days after the course. Our courses are certified by the regulators Ctha and FHT. However, this does not cover you as an individual with the them. It is your responsibility to register with them or any other regulatory bodies, and to get insurance or any other professional licence you need.

Photography

Photographs or videos may be taken during the course for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs should inform the trainer before the course begins.

Liability

The training provider accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the course. Participants attend and participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to undertake practical activities.

Data Protection

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for course administration and communication and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Complaints Policy

We are committed to providing a high standard of training and customer service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your course, we encourage you to let us know so we can resolve the issue promptly and fairly. Please raise any concerns with your trainer on the day where possible. If the matter cannot be resolved, you can submit a written complaint by email within 14 days of the course. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a full response within 10 working days.
